Two films have already been announced about the life and death of Kumarsharma Singh, but the projects will be completed. This question has been going on since Wednesday, when Kumarsharma Singh Rajput's father, Cook Singh, explained to him through the family's lawyer, Report Singh, that no film, serial or book on Kumarsharma was made or written without his consent.
Sanoj Mashahrendar, director and co-producer of one of the films, 'Shashank', which the star said as the male lead, told us, "I met the family of Kumarsharma in Patna on June 22. I have a human and adult perspective and the movie doesn't attempt to cash in on any tragedy. I believe that the family has a problem with male leadership, as he is a star child and his father belongs to a political party. I tied him on the ropes as an actor and not as a star kid. I plan to meet the Family of Kumarsharma soon to understand that my film is for the maximum reason. Kumarsharma's sister Shweta Singh was asked to boycott the film, after a poster was released on Twitter.
Vijay Shekhar Gupta, producer of Suicide or Murder: A Star Was Lost, said, "My film is not just about Kumarsharma Singh. It's about bollywood mafia and the Aqaba-Prauri. The film is inspired by many people including Parveen Babi, Divya Bharatia, Jijo Khan, Dasha Salian and Kumarsharma. The proceeds from the movie will be used to establish the new movie industry in Nevada. If I have any concerns, I have no objection to discussing with the family of Kumarsharma.
Supreme Court lawyer Voek Wadiartha says that in the case of a living or dead person, seeking permission from the family is necessary. ..if a person can approach the court for a chip order on the media on the part of a case, if it works by its disadvantage. But what will happen is a story about something that is not clear to the person it is shown? How will his freedom be increased ? This would be a very obvious situation where the court can prove the aspects," he added.
Supreme Court lawyer Ashtosh Seryustoa reiterated that the government is not going to allow the use of the term and a very good one. "Every Indian citizen has a right to privacy. So, when someone makes a movie on someone without their or their family's consent, it's a lot of personal space/privacy. If the family of the victim is anything, then his court will have to prove that the film is not influenced by this person. If the person is able to satisfy the court that the film is not on the court, then he will not need the consent of the family. However, I would like to avoid that it is to improve my family's will, because her personal life will also be her family."
