Trump panned over reports he called US war dead 'losers' - Flaze News

US President Donald Trump has responded to reports that he killed American soldiers in action as "loss" and "sucking"

The alleged statements were first reported in Atlantic Magazine, and some details were confirmed by the Associated Press and Fox News.

But the president and his allies have not given him anything to do with it.

The report also includes groups of former soldiers attacking the president.

The Progresso group Votives published a video of families whose children were killed in action.

Paul, a former iraq & Afghanistan soldier, tweeted: "Who is so surprised by him?"

Analysts say the comments could undermine the need for support from military voters as they bid for re-election.

What has Trump said?

According to The Atlantic, Mr. Trump canceled a visit to the American cemetery outside Paris in 2018 because he said it was full of "losers" .

Four sources told the magazine that he rejected the idea of visiting because the rain would make his hair dashed, and he did not believe it was important to honor the dead of the War of America.

During the same trip, the president also killed 1,800 American soldiers in the wood of Belleau as "kiss" The war helped stop a German advance in Paris during World War II and is looked at by the U.S. Navy Corps.

Atlantic's reporting was based on anonymous sources but The Associated Press said it independently confirmed many statements. "It has confirmed something," a Fox News representative said.

In 2018, the White House said the tour was canceled because bad weather had caused the president's helicopter to land. This account was backed up in a recent book by President Trump's former national security adviser John Bolten, which is a non-stop account of Mr. Trump.

The U.S. Navy also said it canceled a visit to the cemetery because of rain in response to a request under freedom of information from the Huffington reporter Jason Leopold.

What is the reaction?

On top of the comments by former soldiers, President Trump's challenger in the November presidential election, Joe Badan, was unable to lead his rival.

"The U.S. military likes to use its own incomes," President Trump said, referring to democratic Senator Dokcourta, who lost both legs while serving in Iraq.

Khazr (May Hem) khan killed the father of an American soldier in Iraq who targeted Mr. Trump during the 2016 Democratic convention, joining Mrs. Dokcourta on the call.

How is the White House fighting the story?

President Trump has strongly supported the reports, calling them "fake news."

Speaking to reporters on Friday, he suggested that the source of the story was his former White House chief of staff, John Kelly. Mr. Trump said the former U.S.

Foreign Secretary Mike Pumpo told Fox News on Friday morning that he was with the president for a good part of his visit to France and did not use the words he described in this article.

Mr. Trump had said that "the greatest respect and appreciation for our country's military members, veterans and families" was quoted by Defense Secretary Mark Esper, although the country's chief did not explicitly deny the story.

Another former White House chief of staff, Mick Malco, and former press secretary Sarah Haabesanders were among those who called the story wrong.

Where is Trump and the US military position?

The US President has generally claimed strong support among the military, and last year, the Pew Research Center found that former soldiers had the support of him as chief of command, with 57 percent of them right. Three of the former soldiers identified as Holocaust Republicans, the research found.

But there are many other conflicts in it.

"I'm angry that McCain, a prisoner of war in Vietnam, was not a "war hero" " saying, "I like people who were not arrested."

President Trump has never served in uniform. He received five de-honors from a military draft as four for the Vietnam War for educational reasons and one bone spurs, in a calcium-built hels.
