China has dismissed a US report about its increasing nuclear capabilities as "biased and dishonest".
The US Department of Defense says China is planning to double the number of its nuclear warheads in the next 10 years.
But, even if that happens, experts say that will just be a fraction of what the US has in its arsenal.
